- At the top of a short flight of stairs, you’ll find a 1580 square foot room with capacity for 50 people. Very high ceilings give the room a spacious, airy feel.
- Furniture, including 6 – 8 tables, 30 padded folding chairs and a couch, is available for your use.
- Audio-visual and communications options for you include wifi, power outlets, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker and a projector with a stand and screen. Please know that cell service is not reliable and should not be counted on during your visit. If you connect to Wi-Fi, messaging applications such as Signal should work, and you can set up Wi-Fi calling.
- Amenities include heat and air conditioning, a refrigerator, a four-burner cookstove and a sink with delicious drinking water.
- Additionally, there is an electric water kettle, a seltzer maker and a coffee maker.
- The space is ideal for small to medium-sized events, and can accommodate guests in circular seating, breakouts or at tables for art making. Multiple configurations of seated and standing layouts are possible.
- A delight you will find on the second floor is the natural light that warms the pine and oak timber frame.

- As you enter the barn, you’ll find yourself on the first floor in an entryway and general use area.
- Amenities include heat and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, sink and state certified composting toilet.
- The space is ideal for small events, for reception-style standing events, for your registration and welcome station leading into your second-floor event, for staging equipment or for storing coats and boots during your second-floor event.
- The first floor of the barn has a sliding door directly out to the campfire area and outdoor space, nestled against a beautiful stone wall. Ramp available if needed.
- As you enter the barn you will notice is that it is a new space made with the oldest of technologies, mortice and tenoned timbers held fast with wooden pegs. The first thing everyone mentions is how wonderful the wood smells.
- Also on the first floor, but not available for rent, are our homestead maker-spaces.
- Please note that there are few stairs to navigate on the way into the first-floor entryway.
Outdoor Rental Space

- Guests can explore the gardens and a three-acre field surrounding the barn.
- A small fire pit, available for your use with our prior approval and following local fire safety guidelines, is tucked behind the barn.
- The gardens and fire pit are ideal for quiet reflection, ritual, and small outdoor gatherings of approximately two to twelve people.
- A delight you will find in the field and gardens are the chickens, who will most likely say hello to you. Most likely they will beg you to give them your snack.
- Seasonally, the gardens are filled with plants and flowers to fill your senses with beauty.
- Also surrounding the exterior of the barn, but not for rent, is our equipment shed.
